Come try Born Strong Martial Arts and see why our students thrive in life! We build confidence, awareness and mental fortitude all while learning new skills and having fun. Our Self Defense forward curriculum helps students use de-escalation tactics, safe and effective techniques, and build character. We serve ages 2 to 17 at Samuell Grand Recreation Center. Come have some fun and see why BSMA is so awesome!
