5:30PM: STRONG KIDS (AGES 7.5 - 12)
6:15PM: STRONG TEENS (AGES 13 - 17)

SATURDAY
10AM: MINI STRONGS (AGES 2 - 4)
10AM: LITTLE STRONGS (AGES 4.5 - 7)
10:30AM: STRONG KIDS (AGES 7.5 - 12)
11:15AM: STRONG TEENS (AGES 13 - 17)

2X/WEEK: TUESDAY / THURSDAY OR THURSDAY/SATURDAY
1X/WEEK: TUESDAY OR SATURDAY
